<reviewbody>The American Harvest celebrates every (and I mean every) person out there manufacturing products. Of course, this being a Jem Handy picture, that 'manufacturing person' out there seems to tie into the manufacture of Chevrolets. I did like the beginning, with it's salute to all sorts of working men, to the sheep herder to the cotton rancher. Soon, it envelops, as it should, to how they're tied in to the glorious manufacture of automobiles. There are some great scenes of assembly line workings, with some highly questionably dangerous activities. But this movie seems to keep driving the same point over and over again, which hurts it's chances of getting higher stars.</reviewbody>
